NMIX6020 3-Page Website
The goal was to create a basic website with at least three pages using a free HTML template. I expanded this to a five-page site for a fictional restaurant inspired by FX’s The Bear. The site needed to feel authentic, leveraging show images and information while creating a realistic, premium restaurant experience.
This project emphasized visual storytelling, typography, color palette, and intuitive navigation, allowing me to apply HTML, CSS, and Flexbox skills while pushing beyond the assignment’s minimum requirements.
The Bear.
The site includes a homepage, menu, chefs, story, and reservations pages, enhanced with subtle animations and Easter eggs for fans. The final product is polished and immersive, combining design, functionality, and content in a way that feels professional and engaging while delivering a complete, interactive restaurant experience.
Using the Spectral HTML5UP template, I customized CSS to match the show’s colors and fonts, restructured sections, and curated images to create a cohesive design.
