Chef's Carmen Berzatto and Syndney Adamu designed a menu that shifts with the seasons and the mood of the team, pulling inspiration from both fine dining and Chicago’s food culture. The result is a lineup of dishes that push boundaries while honoring where they came from. No two nights are ever the same, but every plate carries the intensity and care that defines The Bear.

Chicken Piccata

Carmy’s take on a classic, built on sharp lemon, briny capers, and perfectly tender chicken. It’s a nod to his fine-dining background, executed with intensity but grounded in comfort.

French Omelet

A delicate omelet folded with precision, finished with the unexpected crunch of crushed chips — Sydney’s playful, unpretentious touch that turns a classic into something uniquely hers.

Cola-Braised Short Ribs with Parmigiano Risotto

Slow-cooked short ribs glazed in cola until they melt apart, paired with creamy, deeply flavored risotto. It’s a dish that balances richness and restraint, bold flavors anchored by refined technique.

A Berzatto family tradition, transformed into a centerpiece worthy of The Bear. Rolled beef stuffed with herbs and breadcrumbs, simmered in sauce until tender.

The legendary Chicago-style beef sandwich remains on the menu, served just as Mikey made it: messy, juicy, and unforgettable.
